My name is Andy, im a thirty-something born again cyclist, thanks mainly to my renewed idea of cycling the length of the country.

Im a fairly active person, but plenty of training will be required to get to the standard required to do a ride like this.

My other interests include: -

Martial Arts
Guitar playing
Paramotoring
Cycling (obviously!)

I teach Martial Arts in the evenings at a full time school.

My guitar playing progresses very slowly as it proves difficult to dedicate the time to it, but i really enjoy anything to do with music.

Paramotoring is a new hobby for me, i started last year, its still a little scary flying with what ammounts to a 2 stroke kart engine and a load of plastic cloth! Hopefully i will fly a lot more this year and increase my skills.
